1. Overview of Warranty Policy
This is HSTLIGHT's product warranty policy, which covers the company's responsibilities during the warranty period, situations where warranty is not provided, and how users can obtain warranty services.
2. Company Warranty Responsibility (What We Will Do)
During the applicable warranty period, HSTLIGHT will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product or component that has been proven to have defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service conditions free of charge.
If repair or replacement is not feasible, the company may choose to refund the purchase price, provided that the user returns the product.
The replacement parts may vary depending on the supply situation and may differ from the original supplied parts. This is the only remedy for users.
3. What is Not Covered
Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by voltage exceeding the standard voltage range of 108-132 VAC (60 Hz).
Damage caused by force majeure factors.
Misuse (including using the product for unintended purposes), abuse, improper packaging when the product is returned to the company, negligence, and improper or incorrect installation, maintenance, or repair, including failure to follow applicable maintenance and cleaning instructions.
The company recommends that all product installations and repairs be carried out by professional electricians.
4. What You Must Do to Obtain Warranty Service or Replacement Parts
Users can contact the distributor or retailer who purchased the product to file a warranty claim.
If the dealer or retailer is unable to provide service, or if the user has any questions about the warranty policy, they can contact the company by email or online and provide the product model and purchase date.
